Maintenance work on Moodle

Due to regular maintenance work, Moodle will have limited availability at the following times:

• Every Thursday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am

There may be brief interruptions during these times. The maintenance work will not be announced separately.

Maintenance work on our video management system may also take place during the same time slot. Even though Moodle itself will remain operational, there may be brief interruptions during this time when accessing and downloading media (videos, audio files and their associated files). It may not be possible to upload material to the video portal, and media that has not yet been encoded may not be processed correctly. This work will not be announced separately either.

Please refrain from carrying out important work on either system during this time, as it may be affected by interruptions and may not be saved.

Major maintenance work, which may result in longer outages or take place at other times, will continue to be announced separately.

The exam Moodle (moodle-pruefungen.fernuni-hagen.de) itself is not affected by this. However, accessing and downloading media, as well as uploading content to the video portal, may also affect the exam Moodle.
